Centralized Booking

Single Source
One person books all rooms and performs the functions of the administrator, AV manager and Catering manager. For ten rooms and under the price is: $800.00

Split Duties
One person is the administrator, one person booking the rooms, one person is the AV manager and another person is the Catering Manager.  For ten rooms and under the price is: $2,000.00 (5 licenses)

Unlimited Web Viewing
Here we have one person as the administrator, one person booking the rooms, one person as the AV manager, one person as the Catering manager and there is unlimited viewing of the conference rooms via the One Button Web with Web View Only. Pricing is $2,000.00 (5 licenses)  for the base product plus  $2,500.00 for the web view only with the One Button Web included. The total price for ten rooms and under is: $4,500.00

Unlimited Web Scheduling
 Same scenario as above with the addition of unlimited web scheduling using the One Button Web.  Price for ten rooms and 5 licenses is: $7,000.00.

Price for ten rooms and 1 license is 5,800.00.

 

Additional Users and Rooms:

Additional 5 users:    $1,500.00

Additional 10 users:  $2,500.00

Additional Conference Rooms in units of 5: $500.00

Unlimited Conference Rooms:  $3,000.00
