Enterprise Server

What if you could view your Facilities information from any where in the world.

Now you can, with even a dial up connection. A unique feature of the Enterprise Edition is that every thing that is required is on one computer. This one computer functions as your Foundation Host, your Facilities Web Server and your Crystal Reports Server. The number of users is only determined by your Server's Memory, CPU and Foundation Licenses.

Conference Scheduler

This optional feature takes conference room scheduling to a totally new level. Foundation shows you not only which rooms are available at what time, but also room capacity, location, furniture, and office equipment. You can even view a picture of the room as well as directions to the room. Or order food and equipment through automatic e-mail notices to the providers. With your Foundation Web Site, you can view room schedules worldwide.

Drawing Viewer

With the Foundation Drawing Viewer, you always have the BIG PICTURE.
Near the top of most Facilities Manager's wish list would be an easy way to view all types of CAD floor plans showing current occupant data. An integral part of Foundation, the Drawing Viewer allows you to view and print or plot all types of CAD drawings including AutoCAD and Microstation without using the CAD programs.

On-line Service Call Tickets

With the Service Call Ticket feature, a person with a problem can either enter the request directly into the corporate net or call a service desk. Automatically the call ticket is logged and given a tracking number. The service providers are then notified via their printers at their locations. Tradespeople's responses can be tracked and reported on by parameters such as response time, category of work or provider (all by dates).

Foundation's intranet features:

One Button Web Site

Now you can have an internal corporate Web Site (on your intranet) that employees can access at any time to find just what they're looking for - phone numbers; answers to frequently asked questions; directions to your site; building maps; floor plans; and a comments area for feedback. It's the best of Foundation combined with the best of the Web. And it's as easy to create as pressing one button.

Be there without being there. In your hub office, using your Intranet browser and password, you can view live Foundation data on the networks at all remote sites and create up-to-the-second reports. All reports are available including: Standard department and accommodation (summary or detail), Custom or ad-hoc space and usage, Sorted Room Lists, Charge-Back Data, Vacancy Rates, Building Efficiency and Available-Seat Data.

Corporate Kiosk

View employee phone numbers and other non-secure data in the lobby of corporate headquarters. The kiosk can be used by the receptionist or as a stand-alone unit at a remote site not large enough to warrant a receptionist. Also available at the kiosk are the conference room schedule, directions to conference rooms, site maps, and printer capabilities.
