Room Information

The Room Info button on the main conference scheduler screen allows the scheduling secretary to access details including a room picture, a location map and equipment and furniture associated with the room.


Information from the Room Database

Please note that our A/V Equipment feature allows you to setup a pool of equipment which is independent of the permanent equipment and furniture shown here.

If you are using the Foundation One Button Web Site, this room information will also be accessable to anyone on your network (see Web Access)
