Web Access to Conference Room Schedules

If you are using the Foundation Conference Room Scheduler in conjunction with the Foundation One Button Web Site, you will be able to provide up-to-date information about all conference schedules and availability to any one using a web browser.

How many chairs are there? Is there a computer or an overhead projector for presentations? Is there an extra table available for the buffet lunch? You will know the exact inventory of a room before stepping through the door. If you need a conference room and have specific needs, this feature is invaluable.

Conference Room Browse and Search on the One Button Web Site

The main Conference browser page (above) provides browsing and searching functions for vacancies and meetings. If you are using the catering functionality in your scheduling system, you can provide a link to a sample food menu.

The 5 Day View on the One Button Web Site

The Five Day page (above) is a quick overview of the weeekly schedule for any conference room. Notice that there is a link for each meeting which will load a meeting detail page (below).

Meeting details as well as fixed assets are shown. All data is derived from information stored in the Foundation database.
