Create an Equipment Order

The Foundation equipment pooling feature allows you to request equipment for pre-existing meetings or for any room in your organization (above)

The Equipment Selection Screen

Requesting equipment is as easy as double-clicking on a line item. Please note that the Foundation A/V Scheduler will only show you equipment that's not being used in the required time slot.


After finishing your order, and clicking the Send button, the next stop for your request will be the Equipment Manager's workstation (below).

The Equipmant Manager's Screen

The equipment manager's screen allows full control of requests including listing, printing, deleting as well as a complement of management reports.

Note that the Equipment Manager can set the workstation to an automatic printing mode so that orders will print unattended as they are entered.


Equipment Catalog Setup

The screens shown above demonstrate just how easy it is for the Conference Scheduling Administrator to create a pool of equipment. Note that each item can have a different lead-time, if necessary.
